Another Amazing Golf Trip to Look Forward
43 golfers and 10 non-golfers are looking forward to this April’s golf trip to Sirene Belek Golf Hotel from 22nd to 29th April.2025.Most of us booked our flights from Belfast, London, Sofia and Munich. Many regular travelers and a few new joiners expect to have a great time in sunny Belek.
Golf Competitions
The group will play 5 rounds of golf in Antalya Golf Club Pasha and Sultan golf courses. There will be two rounds of Texas Scramble team event and three rounds of individual Stableford golf rounds. A Microsoft Teams meeting held on 29.March.2025 and tee times & groups established through an online draw. The tee times and latest handicaps of players who will participate to draw is provided below.
VPAR golf application will be used to enter the individual and team scores and determine the daily winners. All of the golfers are registered in VPAR golf scoring application.
Competition Rules :
Teams format :Texas scramble, stroke competition. Every player in the tee team should have 4 tee shots.
Playing handicap will be entered to VPAR by the organizer.
1/10 combined course handicaps ( 4 players) or 1/6 combined Course handicaps ( 3 players).
Where a team is placed ahead of the following team in the results, result will be based on VPAR ‘ Countback’.
1st - 120, 2nd-80, 3rd-60 4th- 40 ( shared amongst the team)
Individuals format: Stableford format, official handicaps at the start, Winners cut 1 hcp point
Stableford points 32-37 pts cut 1 hcp point and over 38 pts cut 2 hcp pts
Stableford points 24-31 pts- no change, points below 24 increase 1 hcp points
Daily prize - 1st 80,2nd 70,3rd 60 4th 50 5th 40 6th 30 7th 20 8th 10
Overall prize ( sum of three days stbl points) - 1st 100,2nd 90,3rd 80 4th 70 5th 60 6th 50 7th 40 8th 30 9th 20 10th 10
